Your privacy matters. iWellny is designed with privacy at its core. Most of your data never leaves your device, and we collect only the minimum information needed to provide our services.
This Privacy Policy explains how iWellny ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application.

On-Device Processing
The following data is processed and stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:
- Health data — All HealthKit data (HRV, heart rate, sleep, steps) stays on your device
- Location data — Used only for geo-tagging memory sounds, stored locally
- Audio recordings — Memory sounds are stored entirely on your device
- Sound preferences — Your mixes, favorites, and settings remain on-device
- Wellness goals — All personal goals and progress tracked locally
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services with privacy-focused configurations:
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google)
- Used for anonymous app usage analytics and crash reporting
- No personal identifiers are collected
- Data is aggregated and anonymized
- Helps us understand how to improve the app

- Manages subscription purchases and entitlements
- Uses anonymous app user IDs (not linked to your identity)

Apple Services
- HealthKit — Health data access with your explicit permission
- CloudKit/iCloud — Optional sync to your personal iCloud account
- App Store — Handles all payment processing securely
Your Rights & Controls
You have full control over your data:
- Health Data Access — Manage permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health
- Location Access — Control in iOS Settings → Privacy → Location Services
- Delete Data — Delete the app to remove all local data
- iCloud Data — Manage in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud
- Analytics Opt-Out — Disable in iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics
Data Security
- All sensitive data is encrypted on your device using iOS encryption
- iCloud sync uses Apple's end-to-end encryption
- We do not have access to your health data, recordings, or personal content
- Network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
Children's Privacy
iWellny is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@iwellny.com.
